What types of packaging materials do you supply?

GreenShield Pack (Pty) Ltd offers a wide selection of industrial packaging solutions, Food-Grade & Chemical Grade IBC containers or Flow bins, jerrycans, plastic, steel & stainless steel drums in various sizes, shapes and types.

Yes, we distribute both new and reconditioned (secondhand) packaging materials. Currently, reconditioned (secondhand) packaging materials are available on all our products including IBC tanks, open and close top steel drums, open top and close top stainless steel drums and open and close top plastic drums.

GreenShield Pack services various business sectors in South Africa and in the SADC region including the chemical, food, drink, pharmaceutical and fragrance manufacturers. As well as the construction, waste management and agricultural sectors. We do not only supply our products to corporates, we also supply to individuals for their personal use.

Pricing and other Services

Do you offer discount for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discount based on the quantity. The discounted price varies with the quantity you order.

Our IBC tanks, Jerrycans, Plastic and Steel drums come in standard. However, we can do certain customisation to suit your need. Contact us and let’s discuss about your requirements. 

There’s a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that applies to each of our products. However, we can do an exception depending on the product. The sample and transport are at the cost of the client.

Safety and Compliance

Are your packaging products certified for food-grade or pharmaceutical use?

Yes, several of our packaging products come with FSSC certificate. 

Yes, many of our packaging materials in stock carry the UN marking. UN marking is the gold safety standard for any packaging material.

A UN marking (1H2) is proof of the initial suitability and strength of the design and of the ongoing integral quality of each production run.

Shipping and Logistics

How long does delivery typically take?

GreenShield Pack offers several delivery options to suit your needs, including a 3-5 business days Economy service and a Next Day delivery option (depending on the product). We also provide additional options for delivery before 10 am or 12 pm, as well as named or scheduled delivery days. To help us meet your timing requirements, we kindly ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible to ensure your order arrives exactly when you need it.

Yes, the Order Processing team will happily provide you with updates on the delivery progress.

GreenShield Pack delivers locally, nationally and in the SADC region. We have a **FREE DELIVERY** policy for bulk orders and to certain locations. You can as well collect your order but please call or email us to make arrangements since our main warehouse is a little bit far. 

Support and Returns

What is your return policy?

Faulty or defected goods can be returned free of charge. Unwanted goods will be subject to transportation and restocking fees.

Yes, our Technical Team will be on hand to discuss any issues you have encountered with your packaging items. They will do their utmost to rectify the problem.

A manufacturer’s warranty applies to brand-new packaging, covering any faults or defects. However, this warranty does not apply to reconditioned or used packaging.

Ordering and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

 We accept EFT, card payments, visa cards and cash on delivery (in special cases).

Each of our products has a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Contact us to enquire what is the MOQ of the product that you are interested in.
